Kevin is a practising member of both the Manitoba and Ontario law societies. He advises individuals, developers, non-profit organizations, Indigenous groups, financial institutions, municipalities, condominium corporations, and businesses of all sizes in both Manitoba and Ontario on a wide range of corporate, commercial and real estate matters – asset and share acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, property development/sales/purchases, leasing, financing, collections and mortgage sale proceedings. Kevin also counsels Ontario residents and those who own property in Ontario on will and estate matters.

Kevin is an educator too, having taught various training and educational seminars at and for the University of Manitoba’s law school (Robson Hall).
