Powerful Non-Defensive Communication Parenting Sessions with Pat Lane, Greg Evans, Lauren Adams, and Melinda Gehris available for CPM members

Pat Lane will be participating as a facilitator along with lawyers Lauren Adams, Melinda Gehris and Greg Evans for Powerful Non-Defensive Communication Parenting sessions beginning on January 28, 2021, for a total of three sessions held on Thursdays.

Powerful Non-Defensive Communication allows each person to speak with clarity, power and compassion without being dependent on others for cooperation. It gives us the tools to protect ourselves without getting defensive and to achieve our goals without resorting to power struggle. As a result, others often drop their own defenses, sometimes instantly – even in high conflict situations. Using this paradigm, we can see a different side of human nature and we have the potential to transform our relationships, creating a new reality through simple conversation.

This program is available exclusively to our CPM members.  It will be helpful for our members who are parents, or want to become more familiar with these parenting skills to help our clients, and to anyone who wants to strengthen their Powerful Non-Defensive Communication skills in general.

The one hour noon Zoom sessions will involve a review of the concepts together with comprehensive power point materials, and an interactive discussion with the participants.  Limit setting, asking curious questions and making statements will be covered.

To register for the sessions go to here.
