Public-Private Partnerships

Public-private partnerships can bring immense benefits to governments, corporations and the people and communities they serve. We work with federal, provincial and municipal governments as well as with project proponents and lenders to structure effective partnerships.

Successful partnerships are supported with sound legal advice at all phases of a project, from initiation, tendering and bidding through to financing and completion. Our multi-disciplinary team of lawyers can help negotiate and draft agreements outlining the rights and responsibilities of the various participants. Our clients can count on us to anticipate and resolve issues and to help them complete transactions efficiently.
