When I was hired as a legal assistant, I received the guidance and mentorship to develop the skills and understanding to become a real estate paralegal.
I've been part of the TM family for many years and what I like is working with people that appreciate you and the sense of belonging that I have here. I feel respected and valued for what I bring to the firm.
I have been working for Taylor McCaffrey LLP for only eight months but I have loved it from day one. There are many positive and great things here such as great environment and culture, work-life balance and flexibility, safety and ongoing opportunities for growth and development. However, the most valuable part of TM is the people. They are the ones who create a professional, safe, considerate and appreciative environment. I believe Taylor McCaffrey LLP has great leadership and dedicated people who work together. You never have to struggle as there is always someone who is willing to assist you. This encourages you to do a good job and get better every day. I would also like to endorse the training and development, IT and HR teams that offer you all the support you need from day one and throughout your journey with the firm. Finally there is synergy of effort between the legal assistants and their lawyers that encourages teamwork, care and respect.
Taylor McCaffrey provides me with all the support and resources I need to improve my skills and to enjoy my job. It feels really good to know you're valued and recognized for what you do, no matter how big or small the contribution is.
