Accessibility

Businesses are required to address barriers to accessible customer service. In Manitoba, The Accessibility for Manitobans Act outlines clear and proactive processes to identify, remove and prevent barriers to ensure all people, regardless of ability, have the same access to goods and services.

At Taylor McCaffrey LLP, we work with businesses to develop accessibility policies.

We also offer in-depth training for employers and managers in policy implementation.

Our lawyers have represented both employers and employees in legal accessibility issues. We are skilled in alternative dispute resolution practices for accessibility issues and, if necessary, our litigation lawyers are experienced in all levels of the court.
